2024 Awards Banquet

Tickets are now available for our 2024 Awards Banquet. This is one of our signature events of the year where we meet to honor the achievements of the past year.

Date: February 10

Time: 6pm

Venue: Topo Gigio (1516 N. Wells St)

The ticket includes dinner, open bar and the company of your favorite players for the duration of the evening. This event is not to be missed; tickets include a 3 hour open bar, antipasto, your choice of entree, and dessert.

We will be presenting our annual player recognition awards.

2022 Player Awards

Thank you to all who attended our annual Awards Banquet, this past Saturday evening. It was an illustrious affair as the players, wives, and girlfriends met to honour the accomplishments of the past year.

This year, we were especially pleased to welcome Gerry Fohrman, our club founder, as one of the guests.

We have 6 award categories, but this year, 7 winners as there was a split vote for D2 Forward of the Year.

The positional awards are voted on by the players and the Rookie of the Year and Clubman Award are awarded by the coaching staff.

2019 Awards Banquet

Join us once again to celebrate our achievements of the past year and recognize the performances of our players. This year the event will be held at Zia’s Lago Vista.

The price includes 3 course meal, full open bar and player awards. We will continue on at a local bar afterwards.

2018 Banquet Celebrations

Saturday 24th February saw Lincoln Park players and guests in their finery to celebrate the efforts of the past year and recognise their outstanding players.

Maggianos was the venue and as usual, everyone dressed to impress, including Kyle Andrus with a luxurious velvet jacket in club colours.

The awards are on the whole voted on by their peers with the exception of Rookie of the Year and Coaches Award which are selected by the coaching staff.

2017 Awards Banquet

On February 4^th, we’ll hold the 2017 LPRFC Banquet at a new, beautiful location, Zia’s Lago Vista (3819 N Ashland Ave). We’ll have the entire restaurant for our event, an open bar, family style dinner, silent auction and post-dinner dancing.

Cocktail hour will run from 6 – 7 pm, with dinner beginning at 7 pm. We’ll have a selection of red and white wine, domestic and imported beer, and full bar (minus ultra-premium drinks & shots). Dinner will begin with an assortment of bruschetta, eggplant parmesan bites, and meatballs for appetisers. We’ll have two salad options, along with sautéed mushrooms and rosemary roasted potatoes with dinner. Dinner is comprised of three main courses; rigatoni with vodka sauce and fresh mozzarella, chicken with sun-dried tomatoes, peas, and goat cheese, and beef braciole. Tiramisu will complete the meal.

Tickets cost $100 per person and will include open bar from 6 pm to 10:30 pm , dinner and dessert, and dancing. At 11 pm, we can move to one of a number of neighbouring bars for more fun. Please buy your tickets early so we can get an accurate count.
