As many of you may already know, the club is in the process of organising a 2020 tour to Germany next March.

Initial deposits are required by the end of this month so we can get an estimate of numbers who will be available to go. This initial deposit is refundable if it looks like we will not have a viable number of players.

Once we have decided we are going ahead, future payments will not be refundable as many costs will be calculated on a per player basis.
