Outdoor training begins this week February 28 and continues every Tuesday and Thursday 7-9pm.
For the first 3 weeks, we will be training at the turf field between Montrose and Wilson, just off Lake Shore Drive. The field is suitable for both running shoes and rugby cleats. Please come prepared for contact drills as well as specific rugby skills and fitness.
The remainder of the season will see us move a little further north to Pottawattomie Park (7340 N. Rogers Avenue). This is a flood lit grass field and rugby cleats are recommended.
